Grady L. Pettigrew, Jr. serves as President of the Commission with a term expiring on February 1, 2012. Mr. Pettigrew is a principal in the law firm of Pettigrew & Associates, LLC, where his practice includes bankruptcy, reorganizations, civil litigation, general business, personal injury, tax defense, and other legal areas. Mr. Pettigrew is a former federal judge, a law teacher, an author, and a national speaker. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 1965 and the Ohio State University College of Law in 1971. |

Eileen Y. Paley serves as a member of the Commission with a term expiring
January 31, 2014. Ms. Paley is a principal in the law firm of Paley Law Office, L.P.A. Her practice includes general business representation, civil litigation, consumer law, real estate, construction law, and juvenile law. She graduated from the Ohio State University in 1984 and the Capital University Law School in 1988. |

Jeffrey D. Porter also serves as a member of the Commission with a term expiring January 31, 2010. Mr. Porter is associated with the law firm of Kegler, Brown, Hill and Ritter and was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Columbus from 1997-2002. His practice focuses on zoning, liquor, and other administrative law matters. He graduated from Muskingum College in 1993 and from Capital University Law School in 1996. |

Barbara Gates McGrath has served as
Executive Director of the Commission since December
1990. She previously served as Deputy Director for the
Civil Service Commission and as Assistant City Attorney
for the City of Columbus. She is a graduate of the Ohio
State University where she received a B.S. in Business
Administration. She received her law degree from Capital
University Law School. |
